She is president and CEO of CommonHealth ACTION\, where she sets the organization’s vision and leads strategy\, partnerships\, and program design to produce health. With more than 20 years of leadership experience\, Natalie has advised healthcare systems\, public health agencies\, nonprofits\, and philanthropic foundations on community engagement and institutional governance. A Harvard‑certified executive leadership coach\, she works with C‑level leaders across sectors to help them navigate complexity. His work focuses on community-engaged research\, program evaluation\, and practical strategies to improve health across early childhood education and public health systems.
